Continuous filtration
One of our melt filter’s biggest advantages is its high efficiency performance: no need to replace the screen, making continuous filtration possible. During rotation, two blades quickly scrap the contamination attaching to the mesh and directly transfer them to the coaxial discharge screw. Time of contaminants adhering to the mesh screen is very short, so that the sieve mesh is quickly free again to filter the new material. Due to the continuous scrapping, even though the melt is heavily wasted, the filter can still realize high output.

High-speed kneading
