Client: Zhejiang Yongsheng Plastic Industry Co., Ltd.
Requirements: Yongsheng is a plastic recycling company and used to utilize a traditional screen changer, which had high energy consumption, required high labor intensity and polluted the environment. A new continuous cleaning melt filter, aimed at solving these problems, was required to configure their equipment.
Solution: based on the plastic recycling equipment, two types of products, the LN400 plastic granular extruder and LN370 duplex blade melt filtration system filter, were provided to match their granule production line.
Feedback: after our melt filters were put into use, significant energy has been saved due to eliminating the mesh changing procedure and manual labor intensity and environment pollution has been highly reduced.

Client: Foshan Sanshui Hengda Plastic Factory
Requirements: Hengda is a plastic recycling and granulation plant. Their previous conventional screen changer had high energy consumption, high manual labor intensity and high plastic scrap waste. An energy saving, manual work intensity lessening and material waste reducing new melt filter was urgently need.
Solution: according to the situation and requirements of Hengda, that contaminants such as silver paper, rubber and other impurities are contained within the recycling materials, we recommended they utilize our LN370 push-pull duplex blade melt filter to match their current granule production line.
Feedback: after Hengda utilized our melt filtration system, they greatly reduced manual work, omitted the procedure of replacing mesh screen, saved energy, reduced raw material waste and achieve 24-hour uninterrupted granulation.
