Pre-sales service and technology support
- To make sure the filter system adapts to the operations of all customers, we will process the filter according to the dimensions of the customer’s plastic extrusion system. The optimal solution will also be offered on basis of your actual situation and requirements.
- If necessary, we will appoint the professional technicians to the site investigate the practical situation and help to measure the specific dimensions of the plastic extrusion equipment, aimed at ensuring the accuracy of the dimensions and guaranteeing the stable and reliable production in the future.
- The related technical files and engineering documents about the plastic extrusion equipment will be offered, such as the product parameters, on-site pictures and videos, etc.
- Arrange customer consultation service for quotation, ordering and delivery data confirmation.
On-sales service and technology support
- After ordering, we will provide the customers with sales contracts, corresponding engineering drawings, filter system operating instructions, packing size and weight, etc.
- We will deliver the filter system ordered by customers safely, accurately and timely according to their requirements, and try our best to meet their delivery requirements.
- After the equipment arrives at the customer, we will send our professional technicians to the site to communicate with the on-site technicians, install the equipment, and help the customer to debug the machine, so as to ensure the safety, stability and reliability of the customer's operation.
After-sales service and technology support
- We will notify the customer of the usage knowledge and attention points of the melt filters and provide you with the instructions and other relevant documents.
- Our specialized after-sales staff will make a return call within a week after the successful test running.
- Within 15 days after the continuous filter was sold, a refund is available if the customer is not satisfied.
- The warranty period of the product is 1 year (except for some vulnerable parts). Within the warranty period, as long as the customer has requirements or any problems, we will arrange employee to communicate with the customer in time and send after-sales technicians to the site for maintenance and repair (free of charge).
- Some vulnerable parts, if the customers cannot maintain or repair by themselves, can be sent back to us. We will help to maintain and repair and only charge labor costs.
- The paid after-sales service is also available even after the warranty period, customers only need to pay the costs of transportation fee and labor costs of maintenance and repair.
Service response time
After we receive the feedback from customers, we will immediately answer the technical problems by phone or video. If the problems require on-site service support, we will send our technicians to drive or take vehicles to go to the customer site at the fastest speed.
